Housing is a constant focus of work for Fontaine Bros. Through many building cycles, Fontaine Bros. has come to specialize in building housing of all kinds. After our transition to a general contractor, Fontaine Bros. displayed a particular expertise in apartments and unit housing, while more recently we have excelled in providing dormitories for our area's ever growing college population.
One of our most recent residential projects was completed at The Williston Northampton School. The construction management project included student dormitory rooms and faculty apartments. The building utilized geothermal energy to help heat and cool the building.
