Fontaine Bros. was awarded the contract for the $48 million renovation/addition to the Springfield Civic Center in 2004. Fontaine Bros. worked with a wide range of subcontractors and completed the project on schedule and on budget despite many constraints that the downtown project entailed. The facility now plays host to top quality sporting events, concerts, and conventions and has served as a tool to bring arts and commerce back to Springfield.
