Fontaine Bros. Awarded Contract for Burgess Elementary School
Fontaine Bros. has been awarded the contract to complete the addition and renovations to Burgess Elementary School in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. With a bid of $22,931,000, Fontaine beat out five other contractors to secure the work.
The project consists of an extensive renovation to the existing Burgess Elementary School, and a brand new addition that will increase the building's capacity while further modernizing the school. The total project schedule is 30 months, with the first year being absolutely critical to the schedule. Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. of Newton Centre, MA is the Architect for the project and Lamoureux Pagano Associates of Worcester will serve as the Owner's Project Manager.
